With insurance
We bill most major plans directly and tell you the gap before work begins, not after. Bring your card to the first visit; the front desk enjoys fighting insurers on your behalf more than is probably healthy.
Without insurance
The sheet is the price. No inflated rack rate, no wink-wink discount. For bigger work we split payments over the months of treatment at no interest, arranged with a handshake and a signature, not a financing company.
