We come look, we listen more than we talk, and the written estimate follows within the week. Nobody sits at your kitchen table until you sign something; that is a sales tactic, not a trade.

Worth having ready

Photos of the space, a rough sense of budget (a range is fine and saves everyone a week of dancing), and the one thing you absolutely want. Everything else can be figured out together.

The last two percent is where remodelers vanish. Ours is written into the contract: the job is done when the punch list is empty and you have signed the bottom of it, not when the big pieces are in.
