Prices below are honest starting points for a typical quarter-acre lot, said out loud on a website, which we are told is unusual.
Weekly mowing
From $52 a visit, billed monthly. That covers mow, edge, blow, and the gate latched behind us. Skips for drought or vacation are a text, not a negotiation. Stripes are free because we cannot help ourselves.
Beds, pruning, and mulch
Quoted by the bed, usually $180 to $450 a visit depending on how ambitious the previous owner's ivy was. Pruning happens on the plant's calendar, not ours; we keep a chart in the truck and we will show you.
Design and install
Fridays. Native-forward planting plans drawn on graph paper at your kitchen table or on the tailgate. Most front-bed makeovers land between $900 and $3,000 including plants. You approve the sketch and the number before a shovel moves.
Spring and fall cleanups
Half day: $340. Full day: $620. Leaves hauled, beds cut back, gutters on request if the ladder reaches safely. Book fall early; the maples do not wait for anyone.
What we hand to someone better
Irrigation systems, big retaining walls, and any tree work above what a ladder and good sense can reach. We keep the numbers of an irrigation outfit and a certified arborist we trust, and the referral costs you nothing but the phone call.
