Bookkeeping & payroll: Monthly books you never think about, payroll that runs itself, and a quarterly call that takes twenty minutes because everything is already right.
Tax: Personal and business returns, filed early, explained in English. If a letter from the IRS ever arrives, forward it and go back to work.
Advisory: Should you incorporate? Hire? Buy the building? Real numbers before big decisions, from someone with no commission riding on the answer.

How the first month goes

We look before we quote. You share read-only access to whatever exists, even if "whatever exists" is a shoebox. We come back with a flat monthly number and a list of what we'd fix first.

We clean up the past. Most new clients arrive with a backlog. Catch-up work is quoted separately, once, so the monthly fee never hides it.

Then it goes quiet. Books close by the 10th, payroll runs on schedule, and you hear from us when something needs a decision, not when something needs a panic.
