SMALLFRY / HOMEPAGE LOOK EXPLORATION / AUG 2026
Three different visual worlds for smallfry.ai. All three use the real funnel links (Fry Bar, claim, founding, waitlist) and real demo sites as imagery. Pick a winner, or point at the pieces worth keeping.
Diner Americana. Letterboard menu hero with a flickering neon sign, a drive-thru marquee of real demo sites, placemat how-to, pricing as a lit menu board, restore as "send it back."
View Concept A → CONCEPT BA broadsheet newspaper. Masthead, linotype headline, justified columns, a Corrections & Restorations box, the Fry Bar as classifieds, pricing as subscription rates, rubber-stamp CTAs.
View Concept B → CONCEPT CAn engineered console. Working split-flap departure board, a seasoning knob that re-skins a live demo and rings the order-up bell, welded-on safety switches, pricing as spec plates.
View Concept C → CONCEPT DIndustrial-lab, scroll-driven. One pinned machine: a blank base panel rides a transport belt through a seasoning station and out a serve window, the whole line scrubbed by your scroll. Scrolling back runs it in reverse.
View Concept D → CONCEPT FCraft-label direction. Kraft paper, a letterpress hero label that stamps and wax-seals itself, the Fry Bar as labeled goods on real wooden shelves, versions kept as jars in the cellar, pricing as a lovingly set back-of-label panel.
View Concept F → CONCEPT HApp-first. The hero IS the product: a working chat panel next to a live site, and the visitor clicks the chips ("Make it blue", "Undo everything") and watches it happen before signing up. Everything below stays quiet: Fry Bar strip, version timeline, plain pricing.
